You spelled 'buy' wrong, it almost looks like you meant to say 'try'. Naturally since OSX both doesn't have LiveCDs and doesn't support normal hardware worth crap, you may want to fix that.

I do not like the first question and its answers. In my opinion, it should not be about whether you are more comfortable with community support or with commercial support, or whether you like "stepping out of the mainstream" better than being part of the mainstream. If I had not known where the questions were going, I would have ended up as a Windows or Macintosh user. In many respects, I would prefer being part of the mainstream. It is just coincidental that the mainstream uses an OS that is unnecessarily regressive.
